Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Australia.

At the moment, we ship Australia-wide. If you're outside of Australia, please contact us for overseas shipping options.

Pick-Up

If you're in Melbourne, you're welcome to pick up your order from our studio in Coburg North. Just select the pick-up option at checkout and email us at hello@jeeheystudio.com to arrange a time.

Returns

Each ceramic piece is handmade and unique, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please be sure to choose carefully when placing your order.

Because every item is crafted by hand, you might notice small imperfections like pin-holes, glaze variations, or subtle marks—these natural details are part of the beauty and character that make each piece one of a kind.

If your item arrives with any faults beyond these natural variations, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just share your order number and a description of the issue, and and we’ll take care of the return shipping costs for faulty items.
